Fat Blockers- Fat loss

The main difference between weight loss supplements and fat loss supplements is the body content promotes to lose.

Since weight loss supplements usually lose excess body water, the weight can be gained back quickly. A fat loss supplement prevents the fats from being stored.

Fat Blockers is a kind of fat loss supplement. Majority of fat blockers contain chitosan. Chitosan, which is derived from shellfish, works in the same way as dietary fiber.

Chitosan is an important non-digestible ingredient among many Bodybuilding supplements because it can encapsulate

cholesterol and fats before they are absorbed by the body.

It is known to absorb over six times its weight of fat along its way – which will be eliminated by the stool. Body builders look for weight lifting supplements that can allow them to have a “cheat day” without sacrificing their diets.

Fat blockers can prevent fat storage while reducing cholesterol levels as well.

Fat blockers are supposed to be consumed before meals to prevent the absorption of fats, cholesterol and carbs effectively.

These fat loss supplements can also be used for maintaining weight – by taking fat blockers only before meals that are high in fat and carbohydrates.

Just like other weight loss supplements, fat blockers can also give undesirable side effects such as gas, heartburn, diarrhea, cramping and gastrointestinal distress.

Fat blockers have become controversial because it could cause Vitamin deficiencies.

Since several Vitamins and minerals – such as Vitamins A, D, E, F & K, omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids – are fat-soluble, the long-term consumption of fat loss supplements can lead to Vitamin deficiencies.

Some Chitosan, fat blockers and other fat loss supplements can be purchased over-the-counter.

Depending on the brand of fat blockers, fat lost supplements cost between $20 and $25 containing 120 capsules.

The use of health supplement fat blockers should be considered if you have shellfish allergies or heart conditions and pregnant or lactating.
