Body Builders Exercise

A bodybuilder refers to anyone who engages in the process of developing muscle fibers through the combination of weight training, increased caloric intake, and rest.

Bodybuilding has since extended to branch out into a sport called competitive bodybuilding.

In the process, competitors flaunt their bodies by performing a number of poses.

At the end of the day, bodybuilders vie for the prize of being adjudged as owning the most aesthetically pleasing physique.
